Place your order and the shipping is on us. will ship your order free of charge to anywhere in the continental United States by FedEx Standard Ground Shipping. It doesn’t cost you a cent for ground shipping. Have your product delivered right to your door at no extra charge.

Exception: free standard ground shipping is not valid for door thresholds that measure 108 inches or greater.

Delivery & Transit Time
Use the table below as a quick reference for calculating when you will receive your order. Please keep in mind that a large size custom ordered threshold will require a longer manufacturing process than a smaller threshold. All dates are estimates and may vary.


  • Transit days for Ground and Expedited are business days and do not include weekends or holidays.

When & Where We Ship

  • Most internet orders placed before 12pm CST Monday thru Friday will be processed and confirmed the same day.  
  • Please note, orders placed after 12pm CST Monday thru Friday, may not be processed and confirmed until the following business day.  Orders placed after 12pm Friday generally will be processed and confirmed on the following Monday.  Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are not business days.  We observe all federal holidays.
  • Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and confirmed on Monday.
  • Order acknowledgment, confirmation of product availability, and shipping tracking information will be provided to you via email after your order is processed.
  • Order acceptance occurs only when your order has been shipped.  We will notify you by email when that has occurred.
  • A physical address is required for shipment.  We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands.  
  • Continental US Orders Only. We do not ship outside the continental 48 states.
  • We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
  • All prices are quoted and all payments must be made in US currency.
  • All Thresholds are shipped by FedEx.  Please call customer service if you have a special shipping request.

Shipping Options & Carrier

We currently offer two shipping options within the United States:

  1. Standard Ground: 3-5 business days after order processing
  2. Expedited: 2-3 business days after order processing

Expedited delivery dates do not have guaranteed delivery times.  Signatures may be required upon delivery.  Drivers will not leave packages without signatures, so you must arrange for someone to receive the package and sign for it.  You may want to use a business shipping address to ensure that someone will be available to sign for the package.

Shipping Rates & Handling Charges

  • Actual rates at time of purchase will be displayed in your Shopping Cart during the order process.  
  • Shipping charges are based on the shipping method you choose (either standard/ground or expedited) and the physical size of the order.
  • Once your item(s) is in the shopping cart, all associated shipping and handling charges will be displayed.  Once you click "Check Out Now", you will not be charged any further charges.
  • All Phone Orders will incur actual shipping and handling charges per order.

Tracking Your Order
You will receive one or more tracking numbers on the confirmation e-mail we send you when your order is shipped. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package at our shipping carriers' site or in Your Account section of
